We follow applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, the service you want, appointment date and time, event or wedding details, and venue location (for bridal or party makeup outside the salon).
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, including photos you share for reference (for example, a makeup look you like).
• Photos of our work: before-and-after photos of makeup or hair services, taken only with your permission.
• Technical information: when you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to deliver the site.

Our website has no sign-up, no login and no online payment. We do not collect card or bank details through the website.

2. How we use your information

• To book, confirm, reschedule and provide your appointments and services.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

When you tap a WhatsApp button on our website, you are taken to WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms. Your messages with us are handled under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We may use the WhatsApp Business app or WhatsApp Business Platform to manage bookings and replies. We use your WhatsApp number only to communicate with you about our services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
